To help make your spa experience more enjoyable:

Arrive early…please don’t cheat yourself by arriving late. Regardless of how late
you start, your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

As a courtesy to our other guests, please pre-set your mobile phones to silent.

Wellington Day Spa loves children, but unfortunately our facility
cannot accommodate them during your services.

If you need to cancel and/or reschedule,
please call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Gratuities are not included, however if you enjoyed your service, gratuity
envelopes are provided for your convenience at the reception desk.
Customary spa tipping is 15-20% (cash only).

You must bring in your gift certificate at time of service.
